Selena Gomez is moving on with her music and is changing record labels.

MTV reported that after working with Disney's Hollywood Records for seven years, Gomez has now signed with Interscope. She made the announcement on her Instagram account.

Gomez is moving forward with her record deal and is already working on her new album. By becoming an Interscope artist, she is joining the ranks of artists like Lady Gaga, One Republic, Eminem and Lana Del Rey.

The "Come and Get It" singer teased that she had already begun working on her new album. She posted a picture on Instagram. The caption read, "What the next 4 months will look like. Even in my hotel rooms. You guys, I’m beyond excited for what’s next. #2015″

Daily Mail reported that in a recent interview with On Air with Ryan Seacrest, she opened up about her recent single, "The Heart Wants What It Wants."

"He has heard [the song] and he has seen the video, and it's something that I feel like girls need hear, and it's something I'm willing to share with people. 'He thought it was beautiful [but] I think it is really hard at first,'" said Gomez.
