A teaser for a new Street Fighter game has been leaked online, though Xbox fans may be disappointed.
That new game in the series is officially called Street Fighter V, according to Metro. The trailer had also displayed that the new game will be available for only the PS4 and PC, with no mention of the Xbox One.
Ars Technica reported that the teaser had leaked on YouTube under developer Capcom’s channel earlier in the morning. The channel was eventually reset to private. Metro also reported that people did make YouTube video copies of the teaser, but they are also eventually removed.
It was thought that this reveal of Street Fighter V would be one of several game reveals that would happen Friday night during The Game Awards, according to Ars Technica, or at some time this weekend at a Playstation event in Las Vegas. The previous game in the series, Street Fighter IV, was released 11 years after the official third game’s release. Currently, there was no release date revealed for the new game or whether there are future plans for an Xbox One release.
