The ice cream geniuses at Ben & Jerry’s have a new group of flavors coming out this winter, but none of them are based on pop culture references. Instead, they are based around cookies. Because the only thing better than ice cream is ice cream with cookies inside.

Today, the company unveiled the Cookie Cores line, which features three different flavors, each with a core filled with cookie butter, which is like a “creamy, spoonable cookie,” as flavor guru Peter Lind explains in a video.

The first one is Boom Chocolatta, which featured a chocolate cookie core, with more chocolate cookies in the ice cream itself. Fudge flakes are thrown in for good measure.

Peanut Buttah (not butter) features a peanut butter cookie core, plus peanut butter cookies in the ice cream. There is also crunchy peanut butter sugar bits inside.

The third flavor is Spectacular Speculoos, which throws cinnamon into the mix. There are special cinnamon-spiced speculoos cookies with a speculoos cookie butter core.
