Kanye West, Drake and Big Sean collaborated on a new song called “Blessings,” which will appear on the latter’s third album Dark Sky Paradise .
On the track, the rappers rhyme about their undeniable blessings since striking it big in the music industry.
West’s verse includes, “Right now calling’ you from my home gym/Right after that, ni–a I’m gon’ swim/ Just did a couple laps in my home pool/ And my daughter right there getting’ homeschooled.”
As for Drake, he seems to be bringing up the controversy between Lil Wayne and Young Money. Lil Wayne is fighting the label for royalties from Drake’s music, who he signed to YMCMB.
"Look, I ain't gonna say that we back or nothing, ‘cause that implies that we're back from something / And if it's back for something, it's some checks you owe us / I expect that payment, nothing less or over," Drake raps, Rolling Stone reports. "I don't need them favors that you ask me for / I could give two fucks where the Grammys go / I just gave out Grammys on my Instagram."
“Blessings” is Big Sean’s follow-up to his No. 1 hit “IDFWU.”
