The former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader charged with raping a teen boy and providing him alcohol, did not make a deal with prosecutors during a court hearing Wednesday morning.

USA Today Sports noted that Molly Shattuck’s attorney Eugene Maurer, said he spoke with Delaware state prosecutors about the case, but no deal was reached to change his client’s not guilty plea.

As previously reported, the 47-year-old woman is accused of having had an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy she contacted on Instagram.

Prosecutors said that in September, Shattuck rented a beach house for her teenage son and his friends and invited the boy over. According to court documents, the former cheerleader allegedly gave the boy alcohol, performed oral sex on him and offered intercourse, which the teen said he declined.

Sussex County Judge Richard Stokes had originally set a trial date for March 23 and on Wednesday, scheduled another hearing on March 18.

Shattuck is divorced from prominent former Maryland energy executive Mayo Shattuck.
