Getting caught red handed is one thing, but getting caught wearing a shirt that announces your guilt is rare. A Florida man was arrested on Monday on drug charges, while wearing a shirt that announced “I have drugs.”

John Balmer, 50, was arrested at a KMart in Hudson, Florida. The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office told the Tampa Bay Times that he was wearing a black shirt that read, “Who Needs Drugs” in large print. Under that, there was another phrase that read, “No, seriously, I have drugs.”

To prove that they weren’t making it up, the sheriff’s office posted a picture of Balmer looking really angry in front of a claw machine.

The arrest report says that when Balmer saw a deputy walk into the store, he gave a “bag of green leafy substance” to a person behind him. When the person wouldn’t take the bag, Balmer dropped it on the ground and left the store. He at least made sure to pay for the items he had in his hand.

WFLA reports that Balmer was charged with possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. He’s being held in jail with bond set at $2,150.

As Huffington Post notes, this isn’t the first time a criminal has been caught wearing an appropriate t-shirt. A Kentucky man was arrested in November with an “I love crystal meth” shirt, while a Cape Coral, Florida man wore a “Go Directly To Jail” shirt when he was arrested in October.
