Francesca Hilton, the daughter of Zsa Zsa Gabor, has died at the age of 67.

According to People, Hilton, whose father is the late hotel founder Conrad Hilton, was on the phone with her rep, Edward Lozzi, when she went to the restroom and never came back.

USA Today reported that Lozzi stated she seemed to have an “apparent stroke/heart attack.” He also added, As Francesca’s publicist and one of her best friends I am shocked.” They had been talking about a book she was in the process of writing.

Hilton had been battling her stepfather, Frederic von Anhalt, who she felt had been mishandling her 97-year-old mother’s care. Gabor has dementia and is unable to speak. Before her death, Hilton had contacted her attorney to discuss her legal option.

The Los Angeles Times reported she is survived by her fiancé, Michael Natis. He had been in the home with her at the time and tried to revive her.

After Hilton’s father died, she was only given $100,000 of his multimillion-dollar estate. She filed a suit to obtain more money, but ultimately lost.

Hilton was the great aunt of socialte Paris Hilton.
