Magic Giant has released their lead single, "Glass Heart." Magic Giant feels like an indie pop rock experiment that combines a variety of popular influences. If Mumford and Sons and the Lumineers came together created a musical mash up, the result might sound very similar to "Glass Heart."

The four-piece group just wrapped up their first EP and is on a mission to introduce their music to new fans all across the United States. The band is made up of Austin Bis on lead vocals, John Zambricki on banjo, mandolin and fiddle, Brian Zaghi on upright bass and acoustic guitar and AJK on drums and DJing.

It is the instrumentals, that of the fiddle, guitar, bass and mandolin, that make the band feel like an extension of groups like Mumford and Sons but Magic Giant has added a few interesting twists to help make their music stand out. The vocal range that Bis provides on "Glass Heart" has a more upbeat and pop feel, which elevates this song out of the realm of indie, folk rock to a place with pop themes and catchy lyrics. In an ever changing music industry, why not take the time to experiment and create a unique musical sound that helps the group to stand out amongst many doing the same thing?

The other two tracks on the EP, "The Dawn" and "Let's Start Again" have the same feel as "Glass Heart" and combine the energy and enthusiasm that the first track has. It carries through the EP and is a strong debt for the group. The lyrics and instrumentals feel natural and organic on the track and helps to increase its listenability factor.

Magic Giant is a group to watch in 2015 and can currently be seen on tour in New York, California and Oregon.
