After a man in Western Pennsylvania allegedly robbed a bank, he got hungry and stopped for some chicken and biscuits at a restaurant just two blocks away.

The Valley News Dispatch reported that authorities said Shane Lindsey, allegedly robbed a Citizens Bank in New Kensington and then ran off, but decided to stop for lunch at Eazer's Restaurant and Deli.

Another person in the bank is said to have witnessed the 32-year-old Lindsey hand the teller a note, before making off with the cash. That man got into his vehicle and attempted to follow Lindsey who was on foot. However, the driver lost him when he was cut off by traffic.

At that point though police knew which direction the robbery suspect was headed and pursued him.

They found him inside the restaurant.

After allegedly robbing the bank he didn’t seem to be in any type of hurry and did not take his food to go. Instead, he was tucked away in a booth enjoying coffee, chicken and biscuits.

He was arrested without incident and without finishing his food.

He told officers he was staying at a nearby halfway house, but now he could be returning to the big house.

The Associated Press noted that online records did not list an attorney for the suspect.
