ABC showed a new trailer for Cinderella on New Year’s Day and, since midnight is such an important part of the film anyway, Disney focused on that aspect on the one night that everyone is guaranteed to stay up.

The one-minute teaser shows a few scenes we have not seen before, including a wicked Stepmother (Cate Blanchett) teasing Cinderella (Lily James) with the glass slipper. There’s also scenes at the ball and the Fairy Godmother (Helena Bonham Carter) makes an appearance.

Director Kenneth Branagh (Thor) is clearly trying to bring a new visual style to the Cinderella story, which everyone already knows. At least it looks like there’s a bit more live action in this than CG.

Cinderella is one of two live action films based on stories that Disney once turned into animated films. The other is Jon Favreau’s The Jungle Book, which is set for October. In 2014, the studio re-told Sleeping Beauty in Maleficent.

Cinderella opens on March 13.
