Authorities have said that five teenagers so far have been arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault and a sixth person remains at large.
The Associated Press reported that a teen girl has alleged that she was sexually assaulted by the boys at a party Sunday in the Denver suburb of Englewood.
Police said the alleged victim is a freshman at Englewood High School and some of the boys accused, who range in age from 15 to 19, attend the same school.
CBS4 noted that the five teens already in custody are facing criminal charges and possible expulsion from school. Law enforcement is also working tirelessly to find and apprehend the sixth teen named.
The girl returned to school this week as did the suspects and at least one of them was arrested on campus. Because most of them are minors, their names have not been released.
Authorities said about a dozen teens were at the party where they believe drugs and alcohol were present.
Englewood is located less than 10 miles outside the city of Denver.
