Sylvester Stallone had a busy time on Twitter last week, making sure his fans knew what his 2015 schedule was. He has three films planned, including a Rocky spin-off and a confirmed fifth Rambo movie.
Back on Dec. 28, Stallone tweeted that he would be filming Rambo: Last Blood at some point this year. After that, he will start work on Scarpa, a film about gangster Greg Scarpa.
The title for the new Rambo movie isn’t a complete surprise, as there were rumors about it back in September. It will be the first film in the franchise since 2008’s Rambo, which made $113 million worldwide, notes Variety.
However, before Last Blood and Scarpa, Stallone will be heading to Philadelphia. He tweeted a page from the script of Creed to confirm that he is making that film as well. It will be centered on Apollo Creed’s grandson, played by Michael B. Jordan, and will be directed by Ryan Coogler (Fruitvale Station). The Rocky spin-off is expected to hit theaters in 2016.
