Beyonce showed up at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live for Stevie Wonder’s tribute for a surprising performance, kicking off the event by singing "Fingertips Pt. 2.”

She was then joined by X singer Ed Sheeran and Gary Clark Jr.

The event was called Stevie Wonder: Songs In The Key Of Life - An All-Star GRAMMY Salute and honored Wonder’s monumental career.

E! Online reports other singers who performed to honor Wonder were Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Ne-Yo, The Band Perry, India Arie, Janelle Monáe, John Legend, Andrea Bocelli, Annie Lennox and Pharrell with Ryan Tedder.

Wonder himself then took the stage and gave everyone a treat by singing some of his biggest hits. Many made their way to join him onstage and dance along.

Daily Mail notes celebs Jamie Foxx, Jay Z and Tyler Perry were sitting in the audience soaking it all in.

"Had a brilliant time performing with these two tonight at the Stevie tribute," wrote on Instagram after the event, while Beyonce wrote, "Respect to Stevie Wonder! I love you."
