Singer Rihanna and actor Miles Teller are both celebrating their birthdays today, February 20.

Rihanna, 27

Singer, actress and fashion designer Rihanna turns 27 today. Born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, Rihanna signed with Def Jam Recordings in 2005. Her debut single, "Pon de Replay," peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Her debut album, Music of the Sun, debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified Gold. Her second single, "If It's Lovin' that You Want," reached the top 10 in Australia, Ireland and New Zealand.

Rihanna's second album, A Girl Like Me, was released in April 2006, reaching No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart. She released her third studio album, Good Girl Gone Bad in 2007, peaking at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. She relesed two more albums, Loud in 2010 and Talk That Talk in 2011.

Rihanna's seventh studio album, Unapologetic, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and featured the hit singles "Diamonds," "Stay," and "Pour It Up." Rihanna was featured in Eminem's "Love the Way You Lie" and "The Monster." She also did some acting, making appearances in Bring It On: All or Nothing, This is the End and Annie and had a starring role in the poorly reviewed Battleship.

Rihanna will star in the upcoming animation from DreamWorks entitled Home alongside Jim Parsons and Jennifer Lopez.

Miles Teller, 28

Actor and musician Miles Teller turns 28 today. Teller started his career with many short films. He made his feature film debut in Rabbit Hole alongside Nicole Kidman, Aaron Eckhart and Dianne Wiest. He later went on to star in Footloose, the 2011 remake to the original starring Kevin Bacon.

In 2013, he starred in the comedy 21 & Over alongside Skylar Austin (Pitch Perfect). He gained recognition for his role in The Spectacular Now. In 2014, he starred in That Awkward Moment alongside Zac Efron and Michael B. Jordan.

In 2014, Teller played Peter in Divergent, based on the novel of the same name by Veronica Roth, and will reprise his role for the sequel Insurgent, scheduled to be released in March 2015. Teller most recently starred as a drummer in the critically acclaimed film Whiplash. He is also scheduled to play Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic in the upcoming reboot of the Fantastic Four.
