Another day, another court appearance for Lindsay Lohan.
TMZ broke the story this morning that prosecutor, Terry White has collected the 240 total hours that Lohan performed on stage at the CSV, which is a community service organization in London. The 240 hours were earned for matinee and evening performances plus a meet and greet after the show, with the starlet earning 6 hours a day.
According to The New York Times, Lohan’s duties at the Community Service Volunteers Positive Features Project were greeting fans at the stage door of “Speed-the-Plow,” which she also starred in. Additionally, she allowed fellow volunteers to shadow her while she worked. It’s also rumored that the organization she was working for falsified her total hours due to the publicity she would bring to them.
Due to those rumors plus more talk of a monetary donation on Lohan’s behalf, the prosecutor in Lohan’s case is no fan of the actress. Additionally, he believes that community service is supposed to be for the actual community and not for a particular organization.
Considering Lohan’s track record, it would be beneficial to have the prosecutor on her side today. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like that is going to happen.
Good luck, Lindsay.
