Nick Gordon is speaking out about Bobbi Kristina’s condition as she remains in a coma at Emory University Hospital, where her family has banned him from visiting her.
A couple of days after Bobbi Kristina’s aunt said she’s making progress but believes Gordon is “110%” to blame for her being found unresponsive in her home, he has released a statement through his lawyer saying he won’t take any legal action to see her in the hospital despite what Bobbi's cousin Jerod Brown said in an interview.
"Mr. Gordon's only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina,” his attorneys Randy Kessler and Joe Habachy told Us Weekly.
"He remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon,” the statement continued. “Despite the incredible public interest, we ask and hope that this request can be resolved privately by Mr. Gordon and the family."
Jerod Brown, however, told Atlanta’s 11alive that he is "taking legal action" to visit her.
"At the moment, he's not [allowed to visit]," he said, adding he's in “contact with Nick” and he is “feeling very emotional right now behind all of this. He's pretty torn about about what's going on."
