Another wave of presenters has been announced for this month’s Oscars and all four are up for awards this year.
The two current Best Actress nominees who have already won that Oscar - Marion Cotillard and Reese Witherspoon - will be presenting an award.
Cotillard is up for her role in the French/Belgian film Two Days, One Night and won for 2007’s La vie en rose. Witherspoon was nominated for Wild and won for 2005’s Walk the Line.
Oprah Winfrey is going to present as well. This year, she is nominated as one of the producers on Ava DuVernay’s Selma, which is up for Best Picture. She received the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award in 2011 and was nominated for her supporting role in 1985’s The Color Purple.
Benedict Cumberbatch was also added. He’s been nominated for an Oscar for the first time in his career for The Imitation Game.
Finally, Meryl Streep, who has 19 Oscar nominations on her resume, will present this year. She won three times - Best Supporting Actress for Kramer Vs. Kramer (1979) and Best Actress for Sophie’s Choice (1982) and The Iron Lady (2011). She was nominated once again for her supporting part in Into The Woods.
Earlier this week, the Academy announced that last year’s acting winners - Matthew McConaughey, Jared Leto, Cate Blanchett and Lupita Nyong’o - will also present.
The Oscars are set for Feb. 22 in Hollywood with Neil Patrick Harris hosting.
