On April 18th, No Doubt, Usher and Fall Out Boy will be teaming up to play a free concert in honor of Earth Day on the Mall in Washington D.C. The event is being designed to honor the 45th anniversary of Earth Day.

The Washington Post reported that the headliners will be No Doubt, Usher and Fall Out Boy but they will be joined by Train, Common and Mary J. Blige. Hosting the free event will be Will.i.Am from the Black-Eyed Peas.

The event is being organized by the Earth Day Network and the Global Poverty Project and they have announced that more artists will soon be added to the growing line.

Rock 'n' roll group Fall Out Boy is pleased and excited to be a part of a concert that not only unites music fans but is helping to advocate for a good cause.

“We are honored and humbled to be a part of this crucially important event. Taking direct action to make the world a better place – to eradicate extreme poverty and find a solution for climate change – is essential not only for us but for our kids and all future generations. If our participation and music can bring attention to these issues then we’re doing our job right. We must stand together to make lasting change," said Fall Out Boy in a recent statement.
