Zayn Malik has already released his first solo song since leaving One Direction last week, and Louis Tomlinson got into it on Twitter with the song’s producer.
Malik confirmed after quitting that he’s been working on solo music in the studio with Naughty Boy.
The producer then posted a series of tweets on Monday, which really got Tomlinson upset. When he retweeted someone saying he “saved ‘Zaughty,’” Tomlinson wrote, “Wow @NaughtyBoyMusic you're so inconsiderate pal, seriously how f---ing old are you? Grow up!"
He then responded to a fan, saying the producer was “clearly trying to wind” the One Direction fanbase up.
After getting into more of a back-and-forth, with Naughty Boy claiming his tweet was to X Factor judge Louis Walsh, he tweeted a link to Malik’s new song.
“Let the music do the talking guys. thank us later,” he wrote.
Malik left One Direction last week, saying “I am leaving because I want to be a normal 22-year-old who is able to relax and have some private time out of the spotlight.”
