Meryl Streep might as well make it an even 20. She has yet another Oscar bait movie hitting theaters this fall, called Suffragette.

The film will be get a limited release from Universal’s Focus Features label on Oct. 23, according to Box Office Mojo ‘s schedule. Considering how many of 2014’s Oscar contenders - including eventual Best Picture winner Birdman - began their runs in October, that doesn’t seem too early.

Suffragette was first reported on in February 2014 and reunites Streep with The Iron Lady writer Abi Morgan. It is being funded by Pathe, Film4 and the BFI. Sarah Gavron (Brick Lane) is directing.

Steep plats Emmeline Pankhurst in a supporting role in the film. Carey Mulligan is the true star, as she plays Maude, who joins the fight for women’s rights in the early 20th Century. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cast also includes Brendan Gleeson, Ben Whishaw and Anne-Marie Duff. Production included filming in the Houses of Parliament.

Streep received her 19th Oscar nomination earlier this year for her supporting part in Disney’s Into The Woods. She has three Oscars for her performances in Kramer vs. Kramer (1979), Sophie’s Choice (1982) and The Iron Lady (2012).
