Nick Gordon’s interview with Dr. Phil turned out to be an intervention, making anyone who watched on Wednesday uncomfortable. He was clearly intoxicated throughout the show, which ended in Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend getting checked into rehab.
Dr. Phil planned on talking to Gordon about the events that led up to Bobbi Kristina being found unresponsive in her bathtub and his thoughts on her father, Bobby Brown, banning him from the hospital.
But once the television doctor got to Atlanta, he quickly realized Gordon wasn’t capable of an interview.
What we did get out of the interview – from Gordon’s mother – is that he got into a fight with Bobbi Kristina in the hours before she was found face down in the bathtub.
All Gordon could convey, in between erratic moments of outbursts, was that he misses his girlfriend and has “panic attacks” over it. He denied any wrongdoing in her current condition, despite reportedly being under investigation for foul play or murder, as Leolah Brown has said.
He also cried often, saying "I'm going to seem so weak in front of the world."
Bobbi Kristina's condition has not changed in weeks.
