A 25-year-old paramedic named Tatiana Kulikova was fired after she did the unthinkable on social media. She posed for photos with her dying patients in the back of an ambulance then posted them online.

Not only did she post the graphic photos on her social media accounts, she also accompanied the images with cruel captions.

“How I hate my job,” she wrote in one, calling the dying patient “another moron” in a separate post, Hit105 reports. She also held up the middle finger to the face of a dying person.

She hasn’t made a comment or apologized for her crude behavior but she did admit her wrongdoing to health officials.

Health campaigner Artem Golubev said, “It is clear that while she was taking these photographs she was not looking after her patients,” adding, “She shows a callous disregard for the welfare of her patients, some of whom died after those pictures were taken.”

Daily Mail reports Golubev also said the families of the patients in her photos will most likely sue her and the company she worked for.

“As soon as we were alerted to these images online we suspended the paramedic in question. After an investigation was carried out, the employee was fired,” said a spokesperson for the local emergency services.
