A University of Illinois Chicago student is set to testify Thursday after accusing another student of sexually assaulting her while trying to re-enact scenes from Fifty Shades of Grey, which contains bondage and S&M, in his dorm room.

Mohammad Hossain, 19, is currently being held in protective custody in Cook County Jail on $500,000 bail, the Chicago Tribune reports.

Prosecutors said the woman, who has previously been intimate with Hossain, went to his dorm room where he bound her hands and legs, stuffed a necktie in her mouth and put a knit cap over her eyes.

The prosecutors added that Hossain then started hitting her and she told him that it hurt. She asked him to stop as she began to cry and shake, but he continued to sexually assault her. The woman was later able to get away and call the police, who arrested Hossain at another dorm room, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Shortly after his alleged crime, Hossain wrote on his Facebook page, “I’m finally satisfied — feeling accomplished.”

Joshua Kutnick, attorney for Hossain, has insisted that the encounter between the two was consensual and defended his innocence at a brief court hearing last week, NBC5 Chicago notes.

"This kid is a star, OK?" Kutnick said. "He's a top-notch student. He graduated with a 4.6 (GPA) from high school. He's a triathlete. He's what they call a UIC alumni ambassador. ... This is not a rapist."

A preliminary hearing is scheduled Thursday at the Leighton Criminal Court Building in Chicago, where a judge will decide whether there is enough evidence for the case to go to trial, the Chicago Tribune notes.

"We think this (hearing) is going to show that it was two 19-year-old college students who agreed to have an encounter like this," Kutnick added.
