Rap mogul Suge Knight collapsed in a Los Angeles courtroom after the announcement of the bail for his murder charges.

According to Variety, Los Angeles Judge Ronald S. Coen issued a $25 million bail to the producer during a bail review hearing. Knight fell unconscious afteer the meeting and was rused to a nearby hospital to get proper treatment for his diabetes. Knight was hopitalized last month for a potentially fatal blood clot.

Knight was taken into custody for allegedly running over two men in a parking lot. Knight is charged with murder, attempted murder, and two counts of hit-and-run. The bail was set high after prosecutors argued to include Knight's past criminal record. Knight's lawyer, Matt Fletcher, maintained his client's innocence and said he was being treated like a character from the popular show Empire.

“Their (prosecutors) argument literally is, ‘He should have sat there and gotten more f—cked up.'" Fletcher said. "It’s like ‘Empire’ again, they believe this guy is out there running all of these criminal enterprises.”

There is no word on Knight's current health status.
