When One Direction makes their way to the Philippines on their world tour, specifically Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson, will have to make sure they have no marijuana on them or they’ll have to pay a hefty fine.

It looks like Tomlinson is on his own on this one though, as Malik left the tour early due to stress.

The country has incited a “weed bond” after the two were caught smoking marijuana on camera back in May 2014 while leaving Peru.

According to The Telegraph, they were both asked by the Bureau of Immigration to post bonds of over $4,000 to ensure they don’t smoke or promote the illegal substance in the country. If they do, their money won’t be returned. If they don’t pay the bond before they perform, the concert will be canceled.

A spokesperson for the Bureau said, “The condition is intended to protect the public interest should the band members commit any violation during their stay in the Philippines."

The band will perform, without Malik, in the Philippines on March 21 and 22.
