Voice coach and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine got up close and personal with an overly excited fan.
Entertainment Tonight reported that during Maroon 5's concert in Anaheim at he Honda Center, a young female fan got on stage and wanted to give Levine a hug.
Levine at first tried to push the woman away but did end up putting his arm around her and security quickly stepped in to remove the fan from the stage. The odd and at times intense interaction was caught on camera by many fans in the audience.
AOL added that Levine addressed the crowd after the incident and said that it was scary because he was just in the moment and performing. "It's just weird to be, like, in the moment, ya know? And your singing, and your eyes are closed, and you have this beautiful moment. And then the next thing you know someone's f*#king in your face," explained Levine.
Maroon 5 is currently on tour in support of their V album.
