While all our attention is on Avengers: Age of Ultron, many may have forgotten that there is a second Marvel movie hitting theaters this summer. That’s Ant-Man, which has been flying under the radar ever since Edgar Wright walked away from it.

In its preview for the movie, Entertainment Weekly shared the first image of Yellow Jacket/Darren Cross, played by former House of Cards actor Corey Stoll. He’s the film’s villain and gets an incredibly advanced suit, compared to the one Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) designed for Scott Lang (Paul Rudd).

“Hank Pym’s Ant-Man suit doesn’t have a single weapon, whereas Yellowjacket is armed with plasma cannons,” director Peyton Reed told EW.

Paul Rudd (who actually has a co-writing credit on the film) and Corey Stoll both wore motion-capture suits for their roles and were even filmed separately.

“It was a new experience as far as the motion-capture-suit-ness of it,” Rudd explained. “But none of it feels that different. Every part, I’m pretending to be somebody I’m not. It’s all just a big lie!”

Ant Man has been marginalized so much that Marvel has only released a teaser trailer, which hit the web in January. The film hits theaters on July 17, so hopefully Marvel will get around to releasing another trailer by then.
