Molly Schuyler, a mother of four who weighs 120 pounds, has broken a competitive eating record by finishing three 72-ounce steaks in a combined 20 minutes. She also ate a roll, baked potato, a shrimp cocktail and a salad.

The challenge came from Texas’ The Big Texan restaurant.

Bobby Lee, co-owner of the restaurant told Amarillo Globe News of Schuyler, “We’ve seen a lot of things come through these doors but Molly ... she takes the cake ... she takes lots and lots of cake.”

Schuyler finished the first steak in 4 minutes and 18 seconds, beating her own record she set last year of 5 minutes and 58 seconds. Her prizes were all the food, totaling $72, was free, in addition to collecting $6,000.

Schuyler, who lives in Sacramento, Calif., has a Facebook page that names her the No. 1 independent competitive female eater in the world.

In Jan. 2014, Schuyler won the 'Wing Bowl' in Philadelphia by eating 363 wings, beating the previous record of 337.
