Authorities are now saying that a convicted murderer who escaped an Illinois prison early Wednesday morning may be with a missing 15-year-old girl.
The Associated Press noted that a missing person’s alert was sent out for Savannah Bell as police believe that she may be with the escaped inmate Kamron T. Taylor. The relationship between the two is not yet clear at this time, but law enforcement officials said they believe the teen is in danger.
As previously reported, Taylor broke out of the Jerome Combs Detention Center in Kankakee, Illinois after he allegedly attacked a corrections officer and took the guard’s keys, uniform and weapon.
Taylor has a history of trying to escape, but this is the first time he made it more than a few blocks.
He is described as a 5'9" black male, who weighs about 170 pounds and should be considered armed and dangerous. The 15-year-old Bell is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and 160 pounds with brown eyes.
If you see either of these people, do not approach them, but contact the authorities immediately.
