By now, we have seen plenty of parodies of the hit song “Uptown Funk.” Now, another one has been uploaded to YouTube featuring some adorable canine pals.
KTVU in San Francisco reported that the video was created when the East Bay SPCA decided to make the video featuring shelter dogs when they found inspiration from the hit single.
The mayor of Oakland, Libby Schaaf, also appeared in the video playing with German Shepard puppies. All of the dogs who were in the video have been adopted and were shown alongside staff members.
The theme showcased in the adorable video was to adopt dogs from a shelter and to also make sure they were spayed or neutered.
Just last month, another parody of Bruno Mars’ single came in Harry Potter style, with Lord Voldemort taking the lead.
Mars had also taken notice when a teacher uploaded his own version of the song.
