Even if you disagree with Hillary Clinton’s politics, you can agree that it’s wrong to vandalize her father’s gravestone. But that’s exactly what one vandal did.

Scranton, Pennsylvania Police chief Carl Graziano told the Scranton Times-Tribune that the gravestone of Hugh Rodham was found toppled over Tuesday morning. It is not clear how it happened, but Graziano is sure that it was a vandal.

“I’m not sure how else it would have fallen over,” Graziano said.

The gravestone was fixed by Tuesday afternoon, but police are still hoping someone comes forward with information.

“I hope this had nothing to do with politics because that’s just wrong,” Washburn Street Cemetery caretaker Paul McGloin told the Times-Tribune.

According to The New York Daily News, Hugh Rodham died in 1993 at age 82.

Clinton announced on Sunday that she will run for president in 2016. She is married to former President Bill Clinton, served as U.S. Senator for New York and was the Secretary of State during President Barack Obama’s first term.
