Two days in the future, Nick and Hank are in a fight and Hank transforms into a Wesen.

Present time, Nick and Hank have dinner with Monroe and Rosalee. Nick tells them that he doesn't know where Juliette is and that he is afraid of what she'll do. Frustrated with how things are going, Nick leaves. Hank, Rosalee and Monroe try to think of a plan to get her back to normal.

Juliette is in a bar where she talks to Rick. He buys her a drink and they flirt a little. She woge's in front of him and the power goes out in the bar. Everyone is scared and the bartender calls the cops but she leaves.

A janitor is cleaning up in a school at night where he hears someone. A Wesen appears and attacks him.

Nick, Hank and Wu are at the crime scene of the custodian. County Sheriff Janelle Farris returns for the case. They go to meet the principle.

Sean brings Rosalee and Monroe the book.

The principle meets with Nick, Hank and Janelle. She tells them about the custodian and an incident with bullying. A native american student had racial slurred graffiti o his locker and was cleaned off by custodial staff. The student, Simon George, dropped out two weeks before graduation and also left home.

Nick believe the janitor may be involved in the racist graffiti

Simon George wakes up in the forest with blood on his mouth. His reflection in the water shows that he is a Wesen and surprised by it.

Nick and Hank look up the backgrounds of the janitor, Lawrence, had some priors but nothing too serious and Simon, who is a foster child. Janelle remembers Simon's father, Gus George, who was involved in a case of road rage where he was beaten to death, the killer still out there. She believes his tribe may know where he is and goes to make a call.

Wu tells Nick that Juliette was taken into custody in central precinct, holding her on charges on assault. Janelle and Hank go to search for Simon while Nick goes to Juliette.

A mechanic, working on a car, hears someone in his shop and calls out to them. He is then pulled from underneath the car and attacked.

Nick goes to Juliette. She tells him that deep down she blames him for what happened to her and a part of her loves him for it. She tells him she's afraid she might hurt him and that she likes having her powers now. He tells her he's not letting her out because it's safe for her in there. She corrects him, telling him it's safer for him.

Janelle and Hank go to see Hector, a spiritual guide for Simon's tribe. He tells them Simon is out on a power quest and it would be hard to find him. Hector tells them that Gus' death was an act of hate and nothing was done to find his murderer because Gus was an activist who pushed a lot of buttons.

Nick calls Hank and tells him he's going to keep Juliette locked up so that he can keep and eye on her. He also tells him about another victim, the mechanic. They meet at the crime scene and find that it was done by the same person. They check the mechanic's computer and find Lawrence's information.

Simon is in the woods where he calls upon the Wesen spirit who enters his body.

Wu, Hank, Nick and Janelle are looking for another victim to see if they can tie them together. They find a Maxwell who knows both victims. They believe either he killed them or is the next victim.

Maxwell returns home and Simon is hiding in his closet. Max hears a noise and gets his gun. Hank, Nick and Janelle show up. As he heads to the front door, Simon jumps him and his gun goes off. He is next thrown through the window and Hank and Nick go to look for Simon while Janelle stays with Max.

Nick finds Simon in Wesen form, when Hank shows up, he is confused because he can see him too. Simon gets away and Nick and Hank chase after him. Janelle sees him and is confused. Nick and Hank worry about what Janelle saw and tell her that she isn't crazy. She tells them that they'll need to speak with Hector again.

Rosalee and Monroe call Sean to help with an ingredient, but he tells them that only his mother would know and he can't get in touch with her. He tells them that he knows someone else who can help them and not to do anything until he gets there. Sean sees a man with multiple hundreds in his wallet while waiting in a food truck line. He later knocks the man out.

Nick, Hank and Janelle go back to Hector. He tells them about the Mishipeshu, horned water serpent panther. He tells them that it is possible for Simon to be possessed by this.

Sean returns to his office with the man's wallet. Wu comes in to tell him about the case. Sean give's Wu the man's wallet, he tells him he doesn't know how he got it and tells him to return it. Wu asks Sean how many cases he believes are Wesen related and Sean tells him that the majority of crimes everywhere are Wesen related and he leaves, shocked.

Nick, Hank and Janelle go with Hector into the woods to find Simon. Hector gives them a drink to enter the dreamworld, but stops Nick, feeling that he is different and it may cause damage. He takes out a necklace belonging to Simon and another that belonged to his mother. He starts singing and chanting. Simon, elsewhere in the woods falls from a hurt ankle. Hank gets possessed and dreams of Simon on the night of his father's death, finding out the two men who were killed, and Max, were involved. Janelle starts feeling ill from the heat and Nick takes her outside. Just then, Hank breaks into a rage, still as 5-year-old Simon, and runs out of the tent, knocking Nick over.

They go in search of Hank, believing he may be where Simon's father is buried. The Mishipeshu exits Simon and goes into Hank. By the time the other's reach the grave site, Hank is gone. They believe he's after Max to finish what he started. Hector, Nick and Janelle beat Hank there and he starts to attack Nick. Hector blows powder on Hank and the Mishipeshu leaves.

Hank confronts Max, telling him he knows he killed Gus, but without any evidence, Max is a free man. Nick explains that a jury would never believe the testimony from Simon since it took place so long ago and Janelle believes that the trial could tie Simon to the other two men's deaths, so they leave him alone.

Nick goes to see Juliette who is sleeping, remembering their conversation from earlier.

The Mishipeshu returns to Max's house and kills him. Later in the woods, we see that the Mishipeshu took over Janelle's body.

Next Week: Adalind goes to Nick to reveal that she is pregnant with his baby. Kenneth tells Juliette who shows up at the precinct and threatens Adalind.
