Rock 'n' roll legends, Guns N' Roses will soon be taking a break from life on the road and recording. DJ Ashba, guitarist for the band, announced the hiatus.
Ashba, who has been with the band for over six years, spoke to the Las Vegas Sun and said that the group was on a break but they would be coming back together. This is not a permanent hiatus.
"Ever since I joined GNR six years ago, it’s almost been nonstop touring. But we’ve kind of talked of more touring, and I’m looking at this more as a hiatus than the end," explained Ashba. Roses, which is fronted by Axel Rose last performed back in July of 2014 and the group doesn't have any concerts scheduled.
Marc Canter who is a childhood friend of Slash, is working on reuniting Axl Rose and Slash, who haven't spoken in over twenty years. Canter is behind a three part mini-documentary that tells the story of one of the most iconic bands in rock 'n' roll history, AC Club added.
