Michael Lohan has apparently evaded child support payments to his ex-wife, Dina Lohan, for years and he’s now facing the consequences.
Lohan, who shares four children with Dina; Michael, Lindsay, Ali and Cody Lohan, reportedly owes her $16,000 in back child support payments.
TMZ reports a judge scolded him for riding around Boca Raton, Fla. in a Maserati when he owes this much money. His driver’s license has now been suspended and his passport has been revoked until he pays what he owes.
He claims he has already mailed the check, but the judge in the case warned he will go to jail if Dina doesn’t receive it by April 24.
A source close to Lohan says he does pay for his kids’ expenses, but gives the money to them directly since he believes his ex would just spend it on herself if he handed it over to her.
The four kids he has with Dina aren’t his only children. He found out in 2012 he fathered a daughter with an ex fling. He also has a 2-year-old son with Kate Major.
