The ladies are back in the Peach state following their trip to Manila. Last week, one of the highlights was Phaedra making up with Kenya.

We kick off tonight’s episode with Kenya who’s helping her daughter get ready for her first homecoming. Of course, being the former supermodel that she was, Cynthia also won homecoming queen so she is helping her daughter get ready and pick out her dress. Now Kenya is over visiting her while Noelle is upstairs. Noelle looks just like her mom, she is absolutely beautiful.

Now we’re off to New York with Nene. She’s bragging about living in the city. It’s still so confusing why anyone would give Nene a role on broadway, only making her even more full of herself than she already was.

Back to the ATL with Kandi. She is talking with some of her employees about her adult toy line. It’s actually rather popular and successful. However, most anything Kandi touches is successful. Girl knows how to make her businesses happen. Todd is spending a lot of time on business in LA and Kandi is missing her man. “Distance makes the panties grow hotter,” she says.

After a break we are hanging out with Phaedra. She is organizing a rally for black men. The whole point of the rally is a little ambiguous, not really sure what she is trying to arrange or accomplish with this evening. Maybe we will see. Now, Kandi and Todd are having a date night. Todd is fresh back into town from LA. It isn’t long before their conversation and the energy around their dinner goes completely south. Once again, it really is unfortunate to see these two not doing so well. They used to be so perfect for each other, or at least it appeared that way on television. Now they are talking about having a baby again and even though they have an appointment with a fertility doctor the next day, Todd is thinking a baby might not be a good idea any more considering how busy both of them are.

Now Kenya is filming the pilot for her series, Life Twirls On. She’s having Cynthia play a Jamaican hair lady, and Cynthia has been practicing her accent with her husband, Peter. While the effort is appreciated, she obviously still has some work to do. It’s rather cool to see Kenya in this element. Not only acting, but being the brains behind the operation of having this pilot filmed.

Now we’re off to Pheadra’s rally. All the ladies are showing up to help her serve food, except for Kandi, who has her doctors appointment. The rally is to encourage African American boys to stay in school and be successful. I guess since Phaedra’s husband was a criminal she now feels the need to keep others from being criminals as well?

During the break we see Kenya filming the pilot for her show once again. While it doesn’t seem like the story line is all too opulent, here’s to hoping that she does gain some success for the show. It would be nice to see her put that in everyone’s face who has given her crap all of these years. She deserves to stand out just as much as they do.

Back to Phaedra’s rally. Reports surfaced months ago that this was the day of filming that Nene flipped her lid and now, based on the previews, it seems that she is not going to have a good day with the ladies at this rally. Things start heating up as the ladies are in the kitchen and Claudia brings up issues with the therapy session to Nene. The ladies are telling Nene that they wish she would’ve participated in the therapy session because they all felt that they benefited from it. However, Nene is getting offended. Nene quits when she is uncomfortable, which is why she quit the therapy session. She knew everyone around her was right for having issues with her.

This makes two episodes this season where Nene has walked out.

Next week is the season finale., which means the reunion is right around the corner!

Check back next week for a recap of this season’s finale!
