Prosecutors played actress Sandra Bullock’s full 911 call during a Thursday hearing for Joshua Corbett, who broke into Bullock’s home in June 2014.
Corbett was in Bullock’s Los Angeles home for over an hour before police were called to the home. It was later reported that Bullock had heard noises and came face-to-face with Corbett in her hallway. She ran into her bedroom, locked the door and then called 911.
The audio for the call, which was posted by TMZ makes it clear that Bullock was terrified for her safety. She told the operator that she saw Corbett “go upstairs into my attic.” She also asks the operator if the police are close.
Corbett did attend the hearing and was handcuffed. He was charged with 19 felony counts, including first degree burglary, possession of a machine gun and stalking. He has pleaded not guilty. His bail is set at $2.2 million.
