A new study done by the dating app Clover has ranked the best places to have a first date and one America’s favorite coffeehouses is ranked No. 1.
Clover ranked Starbucks as the most popular place to go on a first date.
ABC 7 noted that the dating app analyzed data from around 200,000 users, between the ages of 18 and 65, to come up with a list of the 30 most popular on-demand dating sites.
Joining Starbucks are spots like Chipotle Mexican Grill at No.2, followed by Panera Bread, The Cheesecake Factory and Texas Roadhouse to round out the top five. California Kitchen Pizza was ranked dead last.
The study was broken down by age for favorite places and 18 to 24 year olds chose Chipotle as their favorite restaurant. Those who ranged in age from 25 to 34 picked The Cheesecake Factory instead and the 35 and over crowd preferred Olive Garden.
The study also revealed which gender liked to meet at certain locations and the 35-plus males picked restaurants, while not surprisingly the youngest chose bars. More than half of the women between the ages of 25 to 34 opted for coffee shops.
