Police have arrested a third man in connection with an alleged gang rape that reportedly occurred during Spring Break on a Florida beach.

AL.com noted that the Bay County Sheriff's Office made the announcement of a third arrest through a release on Wednesday. Law enforcement officials said that George Davon Kennedy is believed to be one of the men captured on a cell phone video allegedly participating in the rape of an incapacitated woman.

CNN has obtained that video in which authorities said the woman’s alleged rape took place in front of hundreds of other beachgoers and no one stopped it. Members of the police department have called the type of behavior and disregard allegedly displayed in the video absolutely “repulsive and sickening.”

The alleged victim admitted that she was drinking, but said that she did not remember the assault happening, which led investigators to believe that she may have been drugged.

In addition to Kennedy’s arrest, police have also charged Ryan Austin Calhoun and Delonte Martistee with sexual assault.
