Donald Sterling’s former mistress, V. Stiviano, has been ordered to pay his ex, Shelly Sterling, $2.6 million.

Shelly took Stiviano to court claiming she’s owed the millions of dollars her ex gifted Stiviano in lavish gifts when they were dating, citing the money as community property. A judge has agreed with her.

The AP reports L.A. Superior Court Judge Richard Fruin Jr. ordered Stiviano to return the money from a home and lavish cars to the Sterling Family Trust.

Stiviano’s argument was that the Sterlings were separated when she received these lavish gifts, but judge Fruin told her the former couple did not live separately “during any part” of the timeframe she provided.

Acknowledging the marriage had “difficulties,” Fruin ruled they still “continued to live together, to travel together, to hold parties together and to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries together.”

During Sterling’s alleged affair with Stiviano, he bought her a Bentley, Range Rover and a Ferrari worth $800,000 in total as well as a duplex worth $1.8 million.

Stiviano’s name is synonymous with the Sterlings for other reasons. His leaked phone call with her, during which he hurled racist remarks, cost him ownership of the Los Angeles Clippers. He was banned from the NBA for life as a result.
