All six officers involved in the homicide of Freddie Gray are in custody. Four of the six have had their bail hearings with bail ranging from $250,000 to $350,000.

As we reported earlier, Marilyn Mosby ruled Gray’s death, which occurred during his time in police custody, a homicide. The officers charged with involvement in this case are Caesar R. Goodson Jr., Lt. Brian Rice, Garrett Miller, Edward Nero, William Porter, and Sgt. Alicia White.

So far, four of the officers involved have had their bail hearings as reported by WJZ. Caesar Goodson Jr. faces 6 separate charges and his bail is set at $250,000. Edward Nero faces 3 charges and also has bail set at $250,000. William Porter, who faces 3 charges, and Brain Rice, who faces 4, both have bail set at $350,000.

There is no word on bail for the other two officers.

Charges against these officers include second degree assault, misconduct in office, false imprisonment, manslaughter, second degree murder, negligent manslaughter, and criminal negligent manslaughter. Goodson Jr. was the only officer charged with murder.
