Even though it feels like we just had the Grammys, CBS and the Recording Academy have already scheduled the next one. The 58th annual Grammy Awards will take place on Feb. 15, 2016, which is a Monday.

That’s a big move for the awards show, which usually airs on Sunday. So are awards shows on Monday a new TV trend? Not really.

Deadline reports that it is just a temporary move, since the Grammys will be airing on a holiday weekend, with Valentine’s Day that Sunday and President’s Day on Monday. Since many will not be at work that Monday, CBS decided to shift the show to that day so people have something to talk about on Tuesday.

NBC did try an awards show on a Monday when it aired the Primetime Emmys in August and had to deal with Sunday Night Football. Fox will not do the same in September when it airs the Emmys.

This year’s Grammys in February drew 27 million viewers and had 20.9 million tweets about the show.
