Chad L. Coleman, who is best known for his roles on The Wire and The Walking Dead, went on a strange tirade during a New York City subway ride Friday. The incident was caught on a cell phone video, which TMZ obtained.
Coleman was screaming at the top of his lungs, asking “Where my humanitarians are?” and kept repeating that he was on The Walking Dead and The Wire. He even wanted the other passengers to record his speech so it would get on TMZ or CNN.
The full video also includes calmer moments, with Coleman sitting and discussing his views with the few remaining passengers. Many had left while he was screaming and walking up and down the car.
TMZ later contacted Coleman who insisted he was not drunk. He said that he overheard a man and woman on the train, trying to figure out where they recognized him from. According to Coleman, the man told the woman, “No, we don't know that n*****,” which got him angry.
Coleman also said that his comments about humanity were in reference to what’s going on in Baltimore.
