A pizza delivery guy in Kentucky was carjacked and stabbed as he was taking a pizza to a hospital on Sunday afternoon and amazingly, he managed to make the delivery before collapsing.

WLKY reported that Louisville police said Josh Lewis, 25, was delivering an order from Spinelli’s Pizzeria to Norton Hospital emergency room around 2:45 p.m. When he exited the vehicle with the pizza a man came up behind him, stabbed him and took off in his car.

Lewis, still with the pizza in hand, made his way into the emergency room with the delivery before he fell onto the floor. He was then rushed to another facility where he had to undergo surgery for a collapsed lung.

"I can't believe he just walked in there, said 'Hi, I'm from Spinelli's. I have a pizza delivery,' and then just collapsed. That's dedication," Spinelli's regional manager Willow Rouben told The Courier-Journal.

Rouben said that Lewis is a college student from Detroit who had been working at the eatery for the past several months.

The restaurant’s most dedicated delivery guy was listed in stable condition Monday and is expected to make a full recovery.

As for the suspect, authorities said they are looking for a black male in his forties who was last seen driving the stolen black Jeep Cherokee with gold racing stripes and a Michigan license plate. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police.
