Flavor Flav was arrested again in Las Vegas after being pulled over. He was booked on several charges, including driving under the influence, speeding and marijuana possession.

Nevada Highway Patrol told TMZ that Flav was pulled over at around 12:30 a.m. Thursday morning while he was driving his 2005 BMW at 73 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Once they pulled him over, they allegedly found an open container of alcohol and marijuana. They also found that he was driving with a suspended license and invalid registration. In total, he faces six charges, all of which are misdemeanors.

According to the Associated Press, Flav, whose legal name is William Jonathan Drayton Jr., posted bail.

In January 2014, Flav was pulled over for speeding in New York while on his way to his mother’s funeral. He was also driving without a license and pleaded not guilty to the charges. If he’s convicted in that case, the rapper could get up to four years in prison.

In April 2014, he pleaded guilty to domestic violence charges in a 2012 incident in which he threatened his longtime girlfriend’s son with a knife. He was also cited by police for a personal July 4 fireworks show.
