The new McDonald’s Hamburglar made his debut on Twitter Tuesday, taking over the fast food chain’s account to promote the new Sirloin Third-Pound Burgers. Apparently, these are the burgers the Hamburglar has been waiting for all these years.

The new Hamburglar was introduced last week, first with a teaser video that featured his famous “robble, robble” catchphrase.

McDonald’s promised that the new Hamburglar will be a “family man” and the first video shows him struggling to get through his speech as his wife keeps interrupting. He also says “robble, robble” again, although not with the same excitement seen in the old Hamburglar ads.

McDonald’s also had the mascot take over its Snapchat account and posted a “Wanted” poster on Twitter. The restaurant is now “hunting” the Hamburglar. Hopefully Ronald McDonald can save us all.

The Hamburglar’s reappearance comes just after CEO Steve Easterbrook admitted that there needed to be a turnaround at the company. It might take a bit more than reviving old mascots to fix slowing sales, though.
