Nearly six years after the King of Pop died, Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch is finally going up for sale. The 2,700-acre property has been listed for $100 million.

The ranch is located in Los Olivos, 40 miles from Santa Barbara. It is now named “Sycamore Valley Ranch” and all of the amusement park rides and animals are gone. However, the floral clock that spells out “Neverland” remains, along with the Neverland Valley Fire Department building and the train tracks.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the property listing is shared by Suzanne Perkins and Harry Kolb of Sotheby’s International Realty and Jeffrey Hyland of Hilton & Hyland.

Colony Capital has owned the property since 2008 and the firm began spending millions to restore it before selling it.

Jackson bought Neverland in 1987 for $19.5 million before leaving the property in 2005. Since his millions of fans might be interested in taking a tour, Perkins told the WSJ that they will have potential buyers go through an “extensive prequalification” process. “We’re not going to be giving tours,” she said.

The property has two lakes, six bedrooms, staff quarters, a four-bedroom guesthouse, a second guesthouse with two bedrooms, a swimming pool and a 50-seat movie theater.
