Noel and Liam Gallagher of Oasis have been feuding publicly for years and have stopped making music together. Turns out that legendary musician Paul McCartney would like the group to get back together and start making some good music.
McCartney was asked during an online Q&A with fans from Japan about Oasis. "My advice to them? Just get together and make some good music," explained McCartney. "But they have got to want to do it. I think a lot of people would like them to do that. They are pretty cool guys."
Rolling Stone reported that McCartney didn't go far enough to encourage an Oasis reunion and he added that he wasn't sure if the brothers would be able to come back together.
"It would be good because I think everyone likes brothers to like each other — and make up. It’s a pity because they are very good together. Like many brothers, they are crazy. But it would be nice if they got together," said McCartney.
The Independent added that rumors have started to form that the band could be getting back together but without Noel Gallagher.
