Authorities on Monday released video of the fatal shooting of a terror suspect outside a Boston CVS last week.

USA Today noted that the grainy surveillance video from June 2 shows the plainclothes officers approaching and then shooting 26-year-old Usaama Rahim.

The footage was obtained from a fast-food restaurant about 50 yards away from where the shooting took place. And Boston Police Commissioner William Evans said that the video makes it clear that Rahim would not drop his knife and officers fired as they retreated.

Rahim’s family viewed the video and said he was not breaking any laws and was on his way to work when he was surrounded by police.

As previously reported, the terror suspect had been under 24-hour surveillance by the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force for quite a while. After he was shot another terror suspect named David Wright was arrested in nearby Everett. Officials said that Wright expressed interest in joining ISIS and that his arrest was related to the investigation of Rahim.
