A woman in Detroit plead guilty on Monday to killing her two children who were found stuffed in the freezer of her apartment.
WWJ noted that Mitchelle Blair, 36, entered a guilty plea during her court appearance on Monday and described in graphic detail the murder of her two children.
Blair said she beat the children to death a few years back and then stuffed them in a deep freezer.
As previously reported, the gruesome discovery was made last March when court officials went to her apartment to evict her.
She said she felt zero remorse for killing the children and claimed she did it because they were assaulting her other kids. The father of the children, however, said that Blair made up the story of abuse and is using that as an excuse.
She has been charged with first-degree murder, felony murder, torture, child abuse, and committing child abuse in the presence of another child. The first-degree murder charge carries a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
