Kangaroos are already cool animals. They hop around, carry their young in a pouch and just don’t look like any other animal on earth. Now, they just turned the cool factor to 11 thanks to Roger.

Pictures of Roger have gone viral in recent days because of his bulky muscles, which would make even Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson jealous. According to Mashable, Roger lives at the Kangaroo Sanctuary in Alice Springs in Australia’s Northern Territory. The sanctuary shared pictures of the muscular Roger in May.

Ever since then, the staff at the sanctuary have had to answer puzzled social media users, who can’t believe that Roger is real. Surely, a kangaroo can’t really crush metal with their bare hands... right?

Actually, it turns out that it is quite normal for male red kangaroos to beef up like this. “Yes, most males grow like this,” the staff told one Facebook user. “It takes quite a few years and good feed to grow very large.”

Roger stands over 6 feet and weighs nearly 200 pounds.

Chris Brolga, who is the star of Kangaroo Dundee, found Roger as a baby joey eight years ago, left in his dead mother’s pouch. Brolga told The Daily Mail that he now really loves crushing metal buckets. He’s also very protective of the female members of his group.

Amazingly, he still hasn’t finished growing. “He's still growing so he'll get bigger," Tahnee Barns of the sanctuary told Mashable. "The bigger they are, the more likely they are to win the females."

Rogers favourite workout is crushing his metal feed bucket. (-; Better the bucket than me! Ha ha.
